We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 14 days, but would appreciate your consideration that as a small shop starting out, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. If there is something we overlooked or a specific problem, please contact us and we can figure out a solution that will work for everybody. Also, please be mindful of the descriptions of the pieces as well as the measurements, if included. If you are unsure if the measurements will work, its a good idea to compare them to a piece of similar clothing that fits well. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please note that this can take up to a week. Also note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ship with DHL throughout Europe and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. In addition to the prices shown, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery: ​ Germany insured shipping: 4,99€ Germany free shipping for packages with a minimum value of 100€ ​ Switzerland insured shipping: 25€ Rest of Europe insured shipping: 13,99€ If you need your order on a specific date, please contact us. We will be happy to inform you whether we can meet the deadline. For shipments outside of Germany, fees, taxes or customs duties may apply. These are not included in our prices, nor are we responsible for their payment.

Please be aware that sizing can vary quite a bit in children's clothing. We try to include as much information as possible in terms of sizing to make your purchase easier. We include the manufacturer's size in our descriptions (if available) as well as an age range estimate if applicable. Do note that true vintage clothing is often a bit smaller than today's sizing. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about the size before purchasing!
